I struggle with tendinitis in my lower legs and ankle instability, especially when I wear shoes with moderate to drastic heel drop, or excessive cushion in the heel (looking at you Nike). I’ve spent the last year struggling with injury after injury and constant pain while running, but I am thinking those days are no more. These shoes allow me to actually feel where my foot is on the ground, and my leg to follow its natural line as I land and push off. It’s amazing, I have almost no pain, and I’m faster. These shoes are SO light and I feel like I don’t have to work nearly as hard to maintain speed or form in them. Buy the shoe.
