Unfortunately at 5'1" they were just too long for me, even in boots. There are snaps running near the ankles so shortening them would be more than I wanted to deal with. I am sorry I didn't measure the inseam before I returned but it had to be at least 31"
I weigh 120lb and ordered in size small. Besides the length they fit nice everywhere else and were very comfortable.
