Was sent the wrong size the first time,they were out of stock on them. They actually had a different color boot in the same model that was marked up at $249 and they did price match them and I bought 2 pair only to get them and they were defective with lumps in the foot bed, I sent them back with the reciept and wrote defective in black marker on the receipt and exchange for another pair on both receipts and the CS just refunded my money and tried to charge me shipping. I called for the 5th time and spoke with another rep as my account is notated. This rep told me the boots I ordered were 2nds and if I ordered these again, I would get the same result. Since you price matched these boots and the issues I've been having I picked out another boot Item #2GTYG. With there only being a $20 difference between the original price of the boots returned, I thought you might do the right thing and send me these instead as I was told they were a closeout and not a defective 2nd. I called again today due to your manager never calling me back like they were supposed to. Today's CS rep was ignorant to the point that I will not purchase anything from you and will spread the word on all the outdoor sites I belong to. I'm sure the call was recorded as it said it was and listen to her demeanor of being condesending to me on the phone. A bad experience like this will take 100 good ones to correct and she should be fired or demoted. Thanks for wasting 2 months of my time and still I have no boots,during the time my money was tied up with you. Never again.
