I am 71 years old, 5’3” 130 pounds and size large is perfect. I usually buy med. or large but large is perfect for me as I like a slightly looser fit, but not too loose. The other things I love: the neckline is perfect, just slightly crewneck, not too restrictive: the matching mesh inset on the sleeves: the little subtle ruffle on the cuff: seams on the front of the shirt for a flattering fit. At a certain age we know when we hit a home run with a garment. Btw, the MSRP is $72.
