I keep trying to exchange my original size M order for a S and so far have been sent an XL, then a L. If the next one is shipped incorrectly, I'll give up! Phone in agents are fine, helpful and friendly; I think the mistakes are in the warehouse, product in wrong bin or something.

The fabric is VERY soft- like butter. I love it. It is more draped to your body, so not like a terry cloth robe.
