I ordered a 6.5 W and had to return them because they were too narrow. I do not have bunions, I just have wide feet (run between a D-E width). I was sad to have to return these because they are cute and seem to be well-constructed.

And the pair I got are marked medium. My foot is possibly on the narrow side of medium, but I'm not hard to fit. The foot bed is comfortable, but there is very little arch support. They seem to be true to size, other than the width.
