.....fearful of the bulky, heavy metal zipper for sunshine activity--I think it could heat up and burn. Also not cut well for movement--at least on me--tried both small and xs--street size is 2. Returning.

I first bought this swimsuit in a size 10, but had to size up to a 12. I’m 5’4 & I tend to wear a size 8 in bottoms & a 12 or 14 in tops. It’s much easier for me to find 2 piece swimsuits that fit me than one pieces due to my proportions but this one worked, & wasn’t too long. I have a swimsuit that’s nip tuck brand & it’s a size 8 & it fits me well. I’ve got a bikini from la Blanca (this same brand) & its 2 different sizes, the bottoms are 10’s & the top is a 14. So the size 12 one piece ended up fitting me better than the 10 did. (I guess maybe because it’s the size between 10 & 14.)

I really love the idea that this suit is reversible, it’s almost like getting 2 for 1! Both sides are very cute & flattering. Even with it being reversible, they still managed to make it supportive & flattering, it smoothes out the torso, & has hidden (not thick) pads over the bust. The legs are cut sort of high, but not too high. That’s the main reason why I went with the 12 & not the 10 though, I felt like I needed the coverage the 12 had. (I didn’t want my butt to show too much.)

This suit flatters my heavier figure. Im 5'6" and 180lbs with longer torso and B 1/2 cup chest size. Size 12 covers and fit best. I like the deep V, flattering. Chest cups are substantial and would hold more breast ifbai had more but dont look too big on me either. I like that a lot.
Criss cross straps nice detail too and tastefully revealing which I like but I often need my partner to straighten the straps for me once the suit is on. Hard for me to reach back and tweak those straps but its not a deal breaker for me.
