    I really wanted to like these shoes! They had good support and had a nice waterproof shell, but they fit horribly. My heel was exposed and slipped out a lot, and I have very narrow heels. I had to return them for being so ill fitting.

    Was very excited to get / try these. However, they were impossible to buckle at the calf, even with the cables fully extended. I have athletic legs, but nothing out of the normal. They are light and otherwise seem great, but had to return. Seriously, only pencil legs would fit in these.

    I had high hope for this. But I have to return it.

    PROS:

    1) light weight. The lightest I have ever had. Many of the hiking boots are heavier than RACEBORG
    2) insane ankle freedom
    3) effortless lock-in system and instantly transform the flex level. It feels really to race.

    CONS:

    1) my boots come with no tech inserts. Are they returned items?
    2) the two hard foam heel pieces are unglued. ( I remember reading it by one reviewer on the internet)
    3) the over all feeling is it could break or crack where the carbon fiber and the plastic connect. Of course it is just how I feel, not factual. When come down from a mountain, I have learned to trust my instinct. But I could be wrong.

    Maybe the newer models will have these issues addressed
