The story behind Maui & Sons clothing began more than 35 years ago when three young SoCal surfers decided to start their own business. Not surprisingly, the three amigos quickly decided that surfing apparel was the way to go, and Maui & Sons swimwear launched in 1980 with the very first pair of madras surf shorts. Shortly after launching, the company adopted the famous “sharkman” graphic, which has served as the brand’s mascot ever since. After being acquisitioned by entrepreneur Richard Harrington in 1989, Maui & Sons has grown into an internationally recognized name in stylish surfwear, swimwear, casual apparel and beach-ready accessories. Ordered a medium and it fits great. 75% of the time I'm small, so I'm glad I went with medium. Great price for a basic t-shirt with an eye catchy color and graphic.
