The third time I went to lace them up the top loop that holds the laces snapped open, completely frayed. That shouldn't happen within three wears.
Of course it happened after the 30 day return policy. I'm pretty frustrated.
These shoes felt good, and stabalized well. Being waterproof, they didn't breathe well and wouldn't be suitable for summer hiking. I hoped to use them through the winter. I won't buy winter shoes out of season from Sierra in the future.
