Although, they are a bit more expensive than other Mizunos, they are very good for running in the forest. Good grip, no slipping, well made, fit was good, cushioning. They have Goodyear soles which seem to be durable. I tried them running on the street as well and they performed nicely. However, I prefer the flat soled Mizunos for that. Overall I would recommend them to a friend and I would buy them again.
