5.0 out of 5 stars. High quality, durable feel jacket!Reviewed by Buttercup AT from Missouri USA on Thursday, February 6, 2025This is a rain jacket I think I'll have forever. The seams are sealed with a glued fabric instead of just that clear glued seam of most rain jackets. The inner lining is also a fabric not like other jackets thin plastic that eventually starts peeling off. The Rossignol website says the waterproof designation is 45,000 and breathability 45,000. This is not lightweight but not a heavy goretex or rubber coat either. I think it feels twice as heavy as a very lightweight backpacking jacket, but those don't last very long! I bought the Large to layer over both backpacking and rain pants and sometimes also a base layer. I usually wear a medium (curvy hips on an athletic frame).
