I dropped it on a carpeted floor while attached to her, she ran, it hit a table leg, popped open and that was that. Cannot fix it. For me it was a one time use, disposable retractable leash. Don't drop it.

It was basically, one-time use and disposable. Would have expected it to be more durable.
