I have worn them for 2 shifts now and they are tight on my pinky toes. I think it is because of a poor design where they are stitched right on top of that area on the outside edge of the shoe. I also feel a bit of heel slip, although clearly I couldn't have sized down in these. They do feel super bouncy which I like and they have not given me any blisters. However, i'm not confident that these could be broken in to become daily work shoes. Also, the shipping took exceptionally long. Ordered on 6/23 and package arrived on on 7/11 which is over two weeks! Kind of a bummer all around because I was hyped to try out this women-specific brand.
