The men's small in these would have fit great, if not for trying to get the tiny waist over my hips, and my hips aren't big. Odd, as I've never had this problem with others, and the small in their wind fleece tights, is perfect. I really liked them so went with the medium. They have a tie string at the waist to adjust. The medium fits me more light a tight pant or loose tight, because they are a size big. But works for hiking, cycling or the gym. They also don't collect dog hair like my fleece ones do. That's a big plus for someone with 3 long hair dogs.
