They are fitted well, but do seem a little loose/large around the waist (I have a 32-33in waist) and there is no drawstring, so I am going to order a size smaller (S) and see how they fit compared to the mediums and then decide if they are worth the price. I think medium would work for most people sizing wise, but I am planning to wear them under ski pants so I am comfortable with them being more form fitting.
