The clippers fell apart when I was inserting the battery, and I got the thing working again only by trial and error and holding the plastic pieces together with my fingers. The rubber on the various tools is very loose making it difficult to get a grip on them; they'd be easier to use with the rubber pulled off. I'm really surprised that Ben Sherman would have put their name on such low-quality stuff.

The plastic arrived brittle, maybe from age, and both heels cups cracked soon after first use between the outside and liner. Still a decent deal though and otherwise nice shoe with nice liners.
