5.0 out of 5 stars. Lifesaver!Reviewed by Montana Mac from Montana on Tuesday, September 21, 2021Both my mom and I have used these in place of traditional canes with good results. I am currently recovering from an ankle replacement surgery and have been using mine to assist with stability as I progress; slow going but nice to have a good tool that doesn't look like an "old lady" cane! My doc said to just keep using it while I finish my recovery and beyond when I'm able to resume walking for exercise.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Simple, cheap, and they workVerified Buyer Reviewed by ese002 from SF Bay Area on Tuesday, July 14, 2020Not much too them. Push them on. Grap poles and give a good push into the pavement you're off. It is nice to be able to use poles on sidewalks and streets since trails are a bit sketchy during the pandemic.
