Average Rating:
4.2 out of 5 stars.
After half a century in the business, Shimano has become a household name in cycling components, apparel and footwear. Of course, this now legendary brand didn’t start off on top. Shimano started small by creating a three-speed hub and showing it to bicycle manufacturers at the New York Toy Show in 1961. Eventually, over the next few decades, thanks to a constant drive for innovation, Shimano components became some of the most trusted in the industry. Today, Shimano pedals and Shimano cycling shoes are chosen by the world’s most elite athletes. Ride Shimano, and you’ll be riding with one of the best.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Runs largeReviewed by Classic dresser from Florida on Saturday, December 2, 2023Not a bad shoe for the price. However it runs a size large.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Would buy againReviewed by Teej from Maryland and West Virginia on Saturday, October 28, 2023At $40, you can't go wrong - these are as stiff in the midsole as any race-oriented carbon shoe I've worn, with a bit of walk-able flex ahead of the cleat area. Toebox is a little wider than other Shimano shoes I've owned, which is a good thing. Might buy a second pair to leave at our place in the mountains. Not sure about durability as I'm only 10 rides in on these. They're a nice mid-level shoe, and definitely not "premium" build quality, but MTB shoes get pretty banged up.

1.0 out of 5 stars. These are Road bike shoes, not Mountain bike shoesReviewed by Smarter than Sierra from Colorado on Wednesday, August 23, 2023Do not buy these for mountain biking. They would be great for road biking.
Shimano Outlet: Due to limited quantities, not all products are available in our Retail Stores.
Shimano Overstocks: inventory too high, had to be drastically reduced -- always first quality. Find out more about overstock items.
Shimano Closeouts: may be last year's model or color -- always first quality. Find out more about closeouts.
Shimano 2nds:
Cosmetic Blems or Irregulars. Minor cosmetic blemishes or slight irregularities
which do not affect the fit, performance, or longevity of the item. Label is
usually clipped or marked by the manufacturer. A small flaw means big savings.
