    For the price this thing will work just fine. It is no way comparable to Yakima or Thule, but it is also cost 80% less. This rack is sturdy enough for most people. it just does not look as sleek as other options out there. The closing mechanism is primitive, but it works and locks. Great deal for the person that isn't lugging around $2000 sets of skis.
