They’ll work after significant tweakingReviewed by Downtime Cherisher from Montana on Saturday, November 11, 2023I have very high arches and hardware in my right ankle which makes it hard to get a good fit. The arch support many wrote about actually feels great to me. Because my arches are so high I had a difficult time sliding into them, but once on, they are plenty roomy. The sole is sturdy, flexible and comfy. They’re quiet on hard surfaces. The overall bootie is very lightweight, which I love.
Since I wanted to be able to slip them on and go, I decided to cut the back side of the elastic on the inside of both booties. I melted the elastic with a scripto lighter to keep it from fraying and left the front intact for cosmetics. It still looks great and makes them the slip on I was hoping for.
This solution won’t be for everyone but it works for me. Added benefits that there’s more room for air circulation and less likelihood of elastic unraveling due to stretching. -

They are not fuzzy slippers. I wish they were a little more cozy that way. They fit snug around your ankles so your feet stay in place in the bootie and on the arch supports. Good for the price and if you need arch support... and they're cute! If your feet run wide you won't be able to get these on!
