I returned mine. I purchased the Lowdown slides for more than 2X the price and was more than satisfied with those. Please see my review there under Shawano Guy.

I would not run or play ultimate frisbee in them. The instructions say to tighten until you can fit a finger under the strap. Mine are a little tighter than that, but not much. These are much better than the Chillos of a similar design. Don't expect them to preform like the Z series sandals in terms of sticking tight to your feet and being able to run in them. They work just fine for walking. I like mine and would purchase again. The arch is fantastic like all Chacos.

I was incredibly disappointed with this flip flop. It doesn't come anywhere close to previous pairs in terms of comfort or quality. Very squishy foot bed, flexy sole (not the usual Vibram), and the ribbon used for the toe piece is sharp and digs into the skin between your toes.
