3.0 out of 5 stars. It’s ok, seems like it runs a bit smallReviewed by Adam from Pennsylvania on Monday, February 12, 2024I’m 6-0 about 190 give or take a few pounds at any given time. I ordered a medium. Generally am a 42 for shirt and jacket size but when I measured as suggested on the Nathan’s website, it seemed like a medium might be too big.
I guess technically the medium did fit but if I wore anything more than a t-shirt under it, it would be pretty tight. There is no elastic or draw string around the waist so you can’t adjust it to your comfort. It was also a snug fit there with about a 34 inch waist.
I don’t think this is a great jacket but I did reorder it in a large. Pajar has much better puffer jackets that look and feel much higher quality (and cost more) but for under $50 this one is OK.
For the price this jacket is ok but I don’t think I’d spend more than $50 for it and definitely not anywhere the retail price. It will be fine for cool weather camping and hiking. The light blue color looks a bit more vibrant in the Sierra listing than it does in person. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. WOWReviewed by Zeeman the Beeman from Maryland on Saturday, January 13, 2024This jacket will quickly become my 'intermediate' jacket of choice. (when it's not freezing outside). LOVE the color. VERY comfy. An absolute STEAL at this price. I got the 2XL (suit jacket size 46 long -- 6'3' weigh 250#) -- plenty of room for layering.
Very warm and (my wife says ) soft and cuddly (only my wife would make those kind of comments -- ha ha).
