I am 5'2" and 120 lbs and the medium is very snug on me. They are tightest around the waist and the ankles. It was difficult to get them over my feet. I will keep them because I don't want to pay for return shipping, but I will have to hang them to dry. They are very well made but the sizing is weird. I could not have imagined needing a large.
