However, the button that allows the main handle to raise and lower does not function properly. When the handle is extended, you cannot push it back in without unzipping the inner lining and pushing the rod button in by hand inside. A sing I can’t flaw that is resulting in me returning the bag - very disappointing.

This one was for husband. Problem was the handle wont go down fully once it is extended. The little button on one pole inside the lining of the case won't pop back as intended. You can push it in by hand but.. I don't think other travelers would appreciate us opening the bag mid airline aisle to open up the bag, unpack, to push that little button. Going back. Incidentally, the box looked like it had been opened and retaped. I wonder if it had been returned and resold ??
