However, I wear a 12-14 pants and the 12 was too small. And the color is almost purple, not brown, so it won't go with the tweed jacket I have. Too bad.

Pants have a true mid rise with terrific back seat coverage so no peak-aboos when bending or sitting. They have a flattering waist, modern silhouette and just enough stretch. Pants have roomy legs and come up just shy of my ankles on my 5’4” frame. The color is a brown-maroon hybrid color with deep saturation. There are tons of pockets too. These pants are fantastic - I wish Sierra offered more colors.
