I've had one for a few years - used nightly - and it's still in great shape. Recently bought another one for a family member - and it seems like it's going to be the same quality. Substantial pillow, "firm" without being hard at all. Side and stomach sleepers both like it. Seems to breathe well - summer and winter - no smell - right out of the (surprisingly deluxe) packaging. I got a kingsize of the same pillow too - but returned it (unused!) because it was so much thinner than this beauty, Under-stuffed by comparison - or maybe I just got one missing a layer? Sierra was great about return of the King size. May have to get another one of these instead. :)

So I DO love the QUEEN SIZE version of this pillow - comfortable and substantial - side and stomach sleepers here both love them. Have had one for several years - and it's still great, SO thought I'd get the king size as a BIG treat - BUT - I'd guess that it has LESS filling in it than the queen size pillows do. I unpacked and let the KING SIZE pillow sit out flat for a day, in case some compaction might have happened in shipping. It looked nice and fluffy - but any pressure in the center and it squished down to almost nothing. I could push an index finger into each of the pillow surfaces - top and bottom - dead center - and fingers almost touched. It was easy to tell where the finger on the other side was by feel. When I held the pillow by one end (the long way) and shook it lightly - I could see the stuffing heading south - with sunlight as back light. Same thing from the other end. I could put it on the table, fold it in half the long way - gently - and it would stay that way. Maybe the one I got was defective. Could have been missing it's "core". OR - could just be a different kind of pillow than it's sister Queen size, If you're looking for a softer "sink into it" pillow - this could be for you!

I have spent $100’s of dollars on a single down pillow this is great you don’t sweat. It’s sturdy and when my daughter slept over. She said her neck didn’t hurt and took 2 home all my pillows have replaced with this brand.
