She has exceptionally wide and thick feet and she has started to feel bad that none of the shoes we buy for her fit... She would typically wear a size 1 to 1.5 lengthwise but I sized up to a 2 in these boots just to be safe. They fit really well, a little long but its the width and instep that were my biggest concern and they are plenty big, yay! I may have been able to order a size 1 in these but I don't want to risk them being too small. Great buy! And bonus they are cute with both pants and dresses. The only thing I wish I could change was to make them taller, we live in Utah and snow can get very deep here.

Customer service rep ( very nice person though ) recommend not to place an exchange for the third time, as it must be be some kind of error. So no natural/ pale pink hiking boots for me, unfortunately.
