This top runs true to size. I am a definite small but ordered a medium for fear it would fit tightly like some of the Cuddl Duds base layer shirts. I should have ordered the small. The medium was large on me and the sleeves are too long but it will be fine for sleepwear.

I wear smalls size 6 pear shaped and it fit as expected. I was worried they would attract dog hair but they're almost like microvelvet and can be brushed clean easily.
