5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome Work TrousersReviewed by WhiteFishy from erehwon on Saturday, October 14, 2023The fit and finish of these trouser is outstanding. The cotton material used is a wider weave that tin cloth which makes them breathable and yet durable. Ideal for shop use and you won't get over heated or played for colder weather.
The fit is roomy for comfort and maneuverability. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Meh: Just buy a pair of Carhartt double-knee loggersReviewed by Salty from Hamburg, NY on Saturday, September 30, 2023These are nice enough pants, but, at more than twice the price of the comparable Carhatt model, they're certainly not twice as nice. It seems, sadly, that Filson, like so many famed names in outdoor gear (e.g., Orvis, Eddie Bauer, LL Bean), is now relying on the glowing reputation of its name to command a price point that's totally out of synch with the actual quality of the item. These are not the triple-stitched tin cloth pants that earned Filson a name; these are Carhartt-level pants at a Filson-level price. If you want to spend 70 beanos on a pair of truly rugged work pants, buy some Duluth firehose pants.
