Five Ten is a family-owned company dedicated to producing superior climbing shoes, approach shoes and outdoor footwear. Founded by veteran rock climber Charles Cole in 1985, Five Ten has been reinventing the climbing shoe since day one. Starting by creating an all-new, high-friction rubber compound for shoe soles that he would later dub "Stealth," Cole set out to enhance gripping power and make rock climbing safer in the process. Today, Five Ten climbing shoes like the Anasazi slipper and Prima shoe are worn by some of the world’s best rock climbers. In fact, even endorsed climbers who are paid to wear shoes by other companies resole with Five Ten's Stealth climbing soles. When it comes to performance on the rock face, few other companies hold a candle to Five Ten shoes.

Excellent on steep roofsReviewed by Klondike204 from Michigan on Saturday, December 3, 2022Have been searching for a sneaker/shoe that will not slip on a steep roof with asphalt shingles. These shoes are awesome! They maintain an excellent grip- which is not common. For the sheer safety feature of these shoes, they’re great. Highly recommend to other homeowners who might be facing a similar situation.

Fits like a glove!Reviewed by ZVA from Michigan on Saturday, October 15, 2022After reading reviews, I initially bough a half size larger than my street shoe (I wear a Women's 6 so I went with a 6.5). My heel didn't feel secured, and they felt a little on the wider side as the material wrapping the foot has some stretch to it. I exchanged them for a 5.5 they fit perfect! My heel feels sucked in and secure, great for toe/heel hooks and very sticky. I love my Scarpa Boostic's and these are a close second.
