With 35.5" bust, broad shoulders, 30" waist, I usually wear a women's medium in shirts, but this M is large, boxy under the armpits and sleeves are too long even for my monkey arms. The seams on the collar are meant to be unfinished: the edges are ragged (just so you know). The pockets are LARGE, close with a button, and USEFUL!! (so happy to find that in a women's shirt! Will be nice as a summer cover-up shirt, and cozy enough for winter, too. I kept the M and ordered a S just because I like the features.
