    100% cotton and very soft. Relaxed fit. With 35.5" bust, broad shoulders, 30" waist, I usually wear a women's medium in shirts, but this M is large, boxy under the armpits and sleeves are too long even for my monkey arms. The seams on the collar are meant to be unfinished: the edges are ragged (just so you know). The pockets are LARGE, close with a button, and USEFUL!! (so happy to find that in a women's shirt! Will be nice as a summer cover-up shirt, and cozy enough for winter, too. I kept the M and ordered a S just because I like the features.

    I just received these, so they haven’t been put to the test, I’m just commenting on sizing.

    I am 5’3” and these are about 2” too long. They hit my ankles when rolled up. They also seem to run large. Based on my weight and measurements I decided to order both 12 and 14. The 14 was way too large and the 12 fit okay, but I think I‘ll still need to size down. Let me tell you - I am NOT a size 10 or 12 right now. I also have ample hips and thighs and these were still loose there (which is nice, because I don’t want to show off any lumps or bumps).

    The fabric is a little thinner than I expected, given the style. Not a bad or good thing, just is. I was hoping to use them for mountain excursions but I’m not sure they’ll keep the mosquitos from biting through. If a smaller size fits better I might still give them a chance.
