Most Helpful 4-Star Review

4.0 out of 5 stars. Narrow but beautiful

I oscilate between an 8 and 8.5 and ordered an 8.5 when I read some reviewers from sorels website that the shoes run a little small. They are extremely narrow shoes. Luckily, I have a naturally narrow foot but if your feet run wide, I would stay away from these shoes. Order a half size larger than you are. I figure I can break these in since they are leather exterior, but so far I am wearing them with thin socks. I like them, I feel stylish wearing them.

About Sorel

Canadians know a thing or two about cold weather, so it's not surprising they were behind one of the most popular cold-weather boots ever created. Sorel - founded in Kitchener, Ontario, in 1962 - is perhaps best known for the ubiquitous Caribou, a boot that pioneered the use of a unique material that reflected heat back to the foot. This reflective material was incorporated into Sorel's advanced four-layer construction process that includes a weather-resistant shell, wicking liners and ThermoPlus® felt inner liners to keep feet dry and toasty. Now nearly a century old, Sorel continues to meet the rigorous demands of today's active lifestyles - from snowmobiling to snowshoeing, sledding to skiing - with its highly respected line of footwear and apparel.
