I thought Sierra would correct this advertising. I bought this bag, and it is NOT 21 inches. It is a 19 inch carry-on. The tags and the box from Swissgear all say 19 inches. I never have seen a 19 inch navy blue advertised, and Sierra NEVER said they would send to me a correct one. So, beware! It took a lot of time and trouble to return it, and then to wait for a refund credit to my HIGH interest TJX credit card, before a payment was due. Not happy, but I do not think the company cares.

AWFUL QUALITY. Wish I could attach a photo!! Just ordered the entire luggage set in the Swissgear Pink/Grey a couple days ago, paid for the most expensive expedited shipping b/c I'm going out of town tomorrow night, and I was so excited that it arrived today! I purchased all three sizes, opened all the boxes and even though the luggage "looks beautiful" -- the 19" carry-on already had a broken/cracked top right corner!! Yes it's lightweight, b/c it's made out of nothing! It is so flimsy and unsturdy! You can tell just by pushing on the front a little, these things are going to last no time at all. I am leaving tomorrow! I did my part and paid for it to get here in time -- so now what do I do??? I'm out $300 bucks, finishing up laundry and "packing," and have nothing to pack my things in! I can use the other two but there's no doubt that one trip through luggage checks and conveyor belts and being thrown on and off of an airplane - is going to leave these things destroyed!

I love the look and overall quality of this bag. However, the button that allows the main handle to raise and lower does not function properly. When the handle is extended, you cannot push it back in without unzipping the inner lining and pushing the rod button in by hand inside. A sing I can’t flaw that is resulting in me returning the bag - very disappointing.
